The Quarry Foreman is a minor character in Horizon Zero Dawn.
History
The foreman operates the large mine central to the settlement of Cut-Cliffs. He worked in the quarry as a slave under the reign of the Mad-King Jiran, before the liberation. Since then he has become the manager of the mine.

Blood on Stone
When Aloy arrives at Cut-Cliffs, the foreman will be overlooking the quarry from a wooden platform. When she approaches, he tells her that some of his fellow miners have been killed. Aloy investigates, dealing with the machine for this side quest.
