So technically he is still in a cell in Meridian and can even be visited prior to the Looming Shadow. I'm not sure if it's a Devolper oversight as Atral who died in Sun and Shadow still shows up every time you go to Kestrel's Perch (he dies again whenever you talk to him). Conversely, this could mean Dervahl hasn't yet been escorted to Mainspring in the Claim, which I see as a promising DLC option. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 17:11, April 9, 2017 (UTC)
